Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 62: Inspiration Board

Yay, it’s October! This is the month for wearing sweaters and watching the leaves fall with a hot pumpkin spice latte! It’s also when things start to get a little spooky and pumpkins glow with scary faces! For this challenge we want you to use our Inspiration Board to scare up a fun and spooky project using the image and color palette!

We would love for you to share your creativity by linking up your crafty projects at the end of this post! Your project should feature Lawn Fawn stamps, dies and papers. This challenge will run for 2 weeks and be open until Sunday, October 20th at 11:59PM ET.

For each challenge, we will randomly select an entry to receive a $25.00 gift certificate to the Lawn Fawn shop! We will also be highlighting a few of your fabulous projects at the close of each challenge! By linking your projects to our challenges you will give permission for us to post your work to this blog and our social media sites. Check out the How to Play page for a few guidelines to play along. We want this to be FUN so we’ll keep the rules to just a few!

Samantha‘s cute Happy Howloween pups are getting into the Halloween spirit! That amazing night sky and moon glow are the perfect backdrop!

Karin used fun patterned papers in the challenge colors to cover some mini chocolate treats! They fit perfectly inside the Tiny Gift Boxes with the Bat Add-On!

Joyce combined a cute Spooky Village with our fun Booyah ghosts to make a special card! In the background she created a spooky super moon!

Samantha C altered our Fortune Teller Tabby so it looks like the cute cat is carving pumpkins! Those cute jack o’ lanterns are found in the Pick of the Patch set!

Jessica‘s glowing night sky and super moon are the perfect backdrop for the Halloween-ready Spooky Village!

Franci‘s charming Halloween card has more cute than spook! She created the window using the Shadow Box Card Mountain Add-On. She dressed our new Yeti or Not critter with accessories from Booyah and added cute little ghosts and more from Tiny Halloween! Her clever sentiment combines phrases from Yeti or Not and Booyah with Scripty Hello!

Christy‘s fabulous Halloween card is a combination of Spooktacular and Happy Harvest! She captured the Inspiration Board palette in the colorful candies!

Caly created a fun Halloween scene that starts with an awesome purple night sky and a spooky Build-A-House and Halloween Add-On! She included the cute trick or treaters from Costume Party!

Joyce’s Charming Charlotte’s Web Inspired Card!

Joyce joins us today to share a charming card inspired by the children’s classic Charlotte’s Web! She used a mix of sets including Hay There, Rub-A-Dub-Dub, Bicycle Built for You and Cute Cobweb!

Joyce built her farm scene by layering a Simple Grassy Hillside and a Simple Stitched Hillside with the cute barnyard characters! She added the fence and the barn from Hay There to further set the scene!

The spider in the Cute Cobweb die set is perfect to portray the title character, Charlotte! Joyce added fun interest to the die cut by adding highlights with a white gel pen!

Thanks so much for sharing your adorable card with us today, Joyce! It’s perfect inspiration for the Inspired by a Book, Movie or Song challenge!

Happy crafting Fawnatics friends!
