Jenn created a pair of cards to welcome the new season using Stitched Gourds and Stitched Pumpkins! She added pretty watercolor with Distress Watercolor Pencils!

This first design is framed with a Fall Leaves Backdrop! The pumpkins and gourds look so pretty grouped together along the bottom.

The greeting is a combination of Quinn’s ABCs and a sentiment from Simply Celebrate Fall. I love the gold and white splatters; they add lots of detail and texture!

For this card, Jenn used an Everyday Sentiment Banner to ground the grouping of pumpkins and the bright yellow cob of corn! She created a simple watercolor background with more gold splatters.

Jenn also included some pieces from the Fall Leaves Backdrop to fill in the arrangement.

Samantha has some “fangtastic” Awesome Autumn inspiration for us today! Her beautiful inky design features Fangtastic Friends and You Autumn Know.

She stamped and colored the images from You Autumn Know and Fangtastic Friends with Zig
Clean Color Real Brush Markers. And then once they were dry, she added details with a white gel pen
and cut them out with the coordinating Lawn Cuts dies.

She created the background with the Birch Tree Stencils, inking with Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, Dried Marigold and Squeezed Lemonade for the sky. She splattered a little bit of water on top for a bit of texture! Then she used Lost Shadow for the trees, adding some white gel pen details. Then she heat-embossed the sentiment in white onto black cardstock and popped it up with foam tape! She also popped up all of the bats with foam tape!

Thank you so much for this truly Awesome Autumn inspiration, Samantha!

Hey friends, it’s Christy here with another card for our Awesome Autumn Challenge! This card was actually inspired by a handmade birdhouse someone recently gifted me. I wanted to make her a special thank you card, so I took different elements that she used in the design and tried to recreate them in stamp form. I combined images from Winter Birds, Winter Birds Add-on, Our Friendship Grows, A Bug Deal, Scripty Autumn Sentiments, and Christmas Dreams. I stamped them all out with Jet Black Ink, colored them with Copic markers, and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

For the background, I started with a couple pieces of Bristol Cardstock and blended on Distress Oxide Inks. For the sky I used Broken China with the Cloudy Stencil. The grass I trimmed down with the Slimline Grassy Hillside Borders. Then I colored the taller one with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn, and the shorter one with Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness.

I stamped a sentiment at the top right of the focal panel and glued it to a Mermaid card base. I added the taller of the grassy hills over top with liquid glue, and popped the shorter one up with foam tape. Then I adhered my images with a mix of liquid glue and foam tape until the scene was nice and full. I finished with a bit of Stardust Stickles and stamped on the inside with Fish Tank Ink.

If you’d like to watch this card come together, you can check out the video tutorial on my YouTube channel, Christy Gets Crafty! We hope you’re enjoying our Awesome Autumn challenge. Thanks so much for stopping by!
