Design Team Inspiration

Mayra was inspired by the colors to create a pair of Build-A-Cake cards with a tropical theme! She also used Build-A-Cake Add-On for the cake stand and banner cake topper. Then she combined Happy Hibiscus and Tropical Leaves to decorate the cakes.

Samantha‘s sunny summer scene perfectly combines the color inspiration! Using Tropical Backdrop and the sun from Spring Showers to set the scene then she paired On the Beach with the cute bear from Den Sweet Den.

Joyce was inspired by the image to use Build-A-Drink Bubble Tea Add-On cups! Her colorful design features Skinny Stripes stenciled straws with a Fruit Salad background.

Mimi‘s card is so charming! She placed the Capybaras in a cute picnic scene with Crazy Antics and Heart Tree. She also used beverages from Treat Cart Add-On: Smoothies ‘n Juice with a Smoothies ‘n Juice sentiment.

Franci was inspired by the image to create this fun Little Fireflies design! She inked the background with Cloudy Stencil.

Samantha‘s slimline card uses the all the inspiring colors in a fun Capybaras scene! I love how she used Be Hap-Pea to add larger citrus fruit to the scene along with balloons from Party Animal.

Karin‘s gorgeous design captures the color inspiration in a simple Swan Soirée scene! She added a Wavy Sayings sentiment on a Fancy Wavy Banner.

Christy‘s beautiful card sends a sweet message! She combined images from Mermaid for You, Ahoy Matey, Flamingo Together and Fintastic Friends in an island scene created with Riverside Backdrop: Landscape.

Design Team Inspiration

Christy‘s Treat Cart Add-On: Tacos design is so charming! She used some elements from Critters in the Desert to add Southwestern flair! I love how she separated the scene from the Finley’s ABCs greeting with a Stitched Scalloped Border! The Favorite Flannel paper in the background lends a subtle pattern that is just perfect!

Samantha combined Beachy Christmas with Furry and Bright to create a Christmas scene filled with sand and colorful Christmas lights. For the ocean background she used Stitched Ripple Backdrop, Simple Stitched Wavy Borders and Simple Puffy Clouds.

Mimi‘s “seed-sational” holiday card features Backyard Bird Feeder and Backyard Bird Feeder Add-On in a Spooky Forest Backdrop. Then she used holiday images from lots of sets to decorate the scene for Christmas! Here’s a list of the those sets: Winter Birds, Car Critters Christmas Add-On, Christmas Dreams, Ugly and Bright, Cheery Christmas, Tiny Winter Friends and A Creature was Stirring.

Franci‘s simply adorable scene features Christmas Fishes and a background made with Gleeful Gradients!

Karin‘s frosty design sends a Happy Holidays greeting with a Frosty Family snowman in a Stitched Snowflake window! She stamped the Winter Wavy Sayings sentiment on a Simple Wavy Banner.

Joyce created a whimsical scene with Simply Celebrate Winter Critters and Simply Celebrate Hangouts. The winter hat wearing mice look so cute gathered on the chunk of cheese! For the background Joyce used Let it Shine Starry Skies paper for the Lacy Rectangle, then she layered it on a panel of metallic gold cardstock.

Samantha‘s ocean themed card features the Christmas Fishes jellyfish and a fun punny greeting to match. She used Draped Ribbons Stencil and Stitched Hillside Borders with seaweed from You Are Sublime to create the underwater scene.

Mayra‘s Build-A-Cake design is so elegant! The pops of red and green Poinsettias and Hibiscus fill her card with holiday cheer and a beachy note. The stenciled background has a subtle pattern of poinsettias.
