Hi friends, happy Friday! We have reached the last weekend for the Dies Only challenge, but we have one more amazing inspiration post for you today! Jenn joins us to share her gorgeous Build-A-Bird Feeder card.

Jenn created a beautiful Build-A-Bird Feeder card with lots of Lawn Cuts die sets!

Jenn used Watercolor Wishes Birthday Candles paper for the background. Then she added clouds and sun from Spring Showers. She used Puffy Cloud Borders, Little Farm Fence Border and Meadow Borders to fill in the background scenery!

Then she cut out all the Build-A-Bird Feeder pieces along with the cute little bird and gave everything lots of color. She trimmed some branches from Tree Branches Backdrop: Portrait, adding green leaves and little Spring Sprig flowers.

And then, Jenn used the die cut “hello” from Pull ‘n Slide Surprise for the greeting!

Thank you so much for inspiring us today, Jenn!

Samantha‘s Dies Only inspiration is so fun and whimsical! She cut all but the Henry’s ABCs letters using white cardstock, then she used Distress inks to give them bright, happy color!

She created a colorful rainbow using the Rainbow Lawn Cuts set. Then she gave the rainbow cute personality with a smiley face from I Scream You Scream and arms and legs with Mr. Sun!

For the background, she used Stitched Ripple Backdrop with Stitched Cloud Frames layered on top. And finally, she added the greeting with Henry’s ABCs.

Distress Ink colors:

Sky: Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon, Peacock Feathers, Salvaged Patina

Clouds: Lost Shadow
Rainbow: Festive Berries, Picked Raspberry, Abandoned Coral, Dried Marigold, Spiced Pumpkin, Mustard Seed, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon

Thank you so much for this bright and happy inspiration, Samantha!

Hey friends, it’s Christy here with another card for our Dies Only Challenge! The bees have been buzzing in my backyard, so I was inspired to make a beehive card. I started by die cutting the Tree Branches Backdrop: Portrait out of some Chocolate Bar Cardstock. Then I cut the leaves from Cilantro and Noble Fir.

Next, I trimmed the Magic Iris Beehive Add-On from Sunflower Cardstock, backed the hole with more Chocolate Bar, and die cut the bees from Sticky Note, Black Licorice, with Pearlized Vellum for the wings. I cut the flowers from Ballet Slippers and Guava Cardstock and also cut the word “BEE” from Guava using Finley’s ABCs. I added shading to all my die cut elements with Copic markers. Then I white heat embossed the “happy’ and ‘day” parts of my sentiment into the center of the beehive, leaving enough room in the middle for my die cut letters.

Then I took a piece of Bristol Cardstock and created a background using the Cloudy Stencil and some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink. I popped the Tree Branches Backdrop: Portrait up with foam tape to give the scene some dimension and added in my beehive, leaves, flowers, and bees. I finished with a bit of Stardust Stickles.

I did stamp on the inside of my card with Bubblegum Ink, which you can check out in the video tutorial on my YouTube channel, Christy Gets Crafty. I really hope you enjoy it! Thanks so much for stopping by today.

I love this bright and cheery card, Christy! Thank you so much for this wonderful inspiration!
