Nutcracker Themed Platform Pop-Up card with Mimi

It’s the last weekend for our Challenge 128 – Christmas in July! Time to get a jump on your holiday crafting and enter the challenge before Sunday, July 17 at 11:59PM ET. We can’t wait to see how this challenge inspires you!

Today Mimi joins us to share a super clever Platform Pop-Up with a nutcracker theme! It’s great inspiration for Christmas in July!

Mimi created a beautifully decorated front porch on a Platform Pop-Up with Shut the Front Door and two super clever nutcrackers! Check out the diagram below to see how she made them.

She added festive holiday accents using the Christmas tree from Yeti or Not, the garland from Shadow Box Card Fireplace Add-On and the wreath from Car Critters Christmas Add-On.

Den Sweet Den, Special Delivery, Fab Flowers, Let’s Roll, Dad + Me, Let’s BBQ, Booyah, Virtual Friends

To decorate the Platform Pop-Up base, Mimi used Snow Globe Scenes! They fit perfectly on the side panels. To add the snow, she used Winter in the Park and Winter Village.

Thanks so much for sharing this brilliant card with us, Mimi!

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 89 – Happy Holiday Critters

Hello friends! It’s time to see what our cute critters are up to for the holidays! Our new challenge is Happy Holiday Critters and we would love to see how our little critters are celebrating this holiday season!

We invite you to share your creativity by linking up your crafty projects at the end of this post! Your project should feature Lawn Fawn stamps, dies and papers. This challenge will run for 3 weeks and be open until Sunday, December 6th at 11:59PM ET.

For each challenge, we will randomly select an entry to receive a $25.00 gift certificate to the Lawn Fawn shop! We will also be highlighting a few of your fabulous projects at the close of each challenge! By linking your projects to our challenges you will give permission for us to post your work to this blog and our social media sites. Check out the How to Play page for a few guidelines to play along. We want this to be FUN so we’ll keep the rules to just a few!

We are so happy to welcome a new Guest Designer for this challenge! Say hello to Valerie Ward! She created an amazing project for this challenge, I know it will inspire you!

Valerie created an awesome tall slimline card, complete with 2 Reveal Wheels! For this card, the little caroling peas are the critters; so cute! She combined images from Peas on Earth, Tiny Christmas, Over the Mountain Borders, Winter Village and many more! Whoever receives this card will certainly have Hap-Pea Holidays!

Valerie used the Reveal Wheel Semicircle Add-On and the Circle Add-On. She added the Mini String of Lights to divide the top section and a Fancy Wavy Banner to divide the the scenes at the bottom. The smallest Puffy Cloud Border made just the right size clouds for Tiny Christmas Santa to fly above!

Thanks so much for creating this amazing inspiration, Valerie!
