Design Team Inspiration

Mimi wishes you a cozy day with a beautiful window seat scene! The Cozy Cat looks so cute curled up by the Window Frame on a seat made with Simply Celebrate Hangouts and the cute sofa pillows from Window Scene: Winter!

A new baby makes a home feel so sweet! Samantha made a sweet baby card with Rub-A-Dub-Dub, I Heart Pandas and I Heart Pandas Add-On! She used Bamboo Forest Backdrop to create a lovely background.

These little mice are so happy to celebrate their anniversary with a yummy banana split! Karin combined the sofa from Window Scene: Winter with mice from You Autumn Know and a dessert from Unicorn Picnic on a Lacy Rectangle! The anniversary greeting is from Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Spring.

There’s lots of fun happening in this design with Halloween Mice! Joyce used Falling Leaves paper for the “wallpaper” and a shelf from Purrfectly Wicked to create the homey look. She also used images from Crazy Antics, Pick of the Patch and Treat Cart Add-On: Coffee.

Home is where the video games are! Samantha used furniture from Window Scene: Winter and Keep On Swimming to fill her Screen Time scene! I love that she included the dog from Little Snow Globe: Dog to complete her homey scene.

Cozy Cats are the stars of Franci sweet design! Her What’s Sewing On wallpaper adds to the cute and cozy feel!

Home is where you warm up by the fire on a chilly Autumn day! Mayra dressed up the Build-A-Fox critters in Build-A-Critter Winter Accessories clothes. Then she gave them warm beverages and set them before a blazing fire in the Shadow Box Card Fireplace Add-On!

Christy‘s sweet Cozy Cats scene is so cheery! I love cat on the Purrfectly Wicked shelf and the cute little mouse toy from Meow You Doin’!

It’s the last weekend for the Critters & Hobbies challenge and Mimi has the cutest inspiration for you! Team Porcupine and Team Skunk are battling for a win on the soccer pitch in her super clever card!

These cute critters are enjoying their sporty hobby playing soccer (football). Team Skunk images are from Scent with Love and Scent with Love Add-On. And their opponents are from Porcu-pine for You and Porcu-pine for You Add-On! And the adorable fans from Simply Celebrate More Critters are waving flags from Tiny Sports Friends.

To create the soccer field, Mimi masked the lines, then blended on Lucky Clover Distress Oxide ink. She made the soccer goal with Honeycomb Backdrop and Shadow Box Add-On Fireplace Add-On for the frame. And finally, she used All Star for the ball and the punny sentiment!

Thank you so much for this special inspiration, Mimi! I love it!

Mimi gave the new Build-A-Gumball Machine a cute holiday vibe to create a super cute Christmas in July shaker card!

Mimi created the shaker by stacking 4 layers of gumball machine with acetate between the top 2 layers. Then she dressed the gumball machine up with holiday fun including a Santa hat and holly from Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On. She added additional mini holly from Shadow Box Card Fireplace Add-On.

She used glitter frosted mint candies from How You Bean? Mint Add-On. She stamped them first in festive colors of Distress Oxide ink using a Misti. Then she stamped again with embossing ink to heat emboss with glittery Unicorn Sparkle embossing powder.

Finally, she added a colorful greeting using the same Distress Oxide inks and Offset Sayings: Christmas. I love how she replaced the O with another mint! She used the smallest of the Small Mini Slimline Stackables as a sentiment banner. So clever!

Thanks so much for this brilliant card idea, Mimi! I love the pretty pink gumball machine and pastel mints!
