Mimi‘s mice are getting merry and bright for the holidays!

Her sweet card combines Merry Mice and Cheesy Christmas, with a few accessory images from A Creature Was Stirring and the Special Delivery Box Add-on. And she’s used the Christmas Ornaments Washi Tape in a clever way, as a garland that the two mice on the stools are hanging!

Her panel was trimmed down with an Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackable with a peek of patterned paper from the Favorite Flannel Petite Paper Pack giving it a homey touch.

Thank you so much for the darling inspiration, Mimi!

Mimi’s Amusement Park Scene with Two Interactive Elements

We invite you to share your creativity by linking up your crafty projects at the end of the challenge post HERE! Your project should feature Lawn Fawn stamps, dies, stencils and papers. This challenge will run for 2 weeks and be open until Sunday, February 19 at 11:59PM ET.

For each challenge, we will randomly select an entry to receive a $50.00 gift certificate to the Lawn Fawn shop! Everyone who enters a challenge has a chance to be the random drawing winner! Woohoo!

We will also be highlighting a few of your fabulous projects at the close of each challenge! Mimi doubled the fun for her great amusement park scene! She added both the Reveal Wheel and Let’s Toast Pull Tab Add-On interactive element!

Mimi used Coaster Critters for the roller coaster, Ahoy Matey for the palm trees and snow from Winter in the Park as bushes in creating this wonderful scene.

She added characters from Tiny Friends and Tiny Sports Friends! I love how she turned one of them into a balloon-selling clown. To create the swing in the foreground Mimi combined the ship from Ahoy Matey with a piece from the swing set in Let’s Play. That’s what I call getting the most from your stamp sets!

The Reveal Wheel makes the tiny coaster cars loop the loop! Mimi used the hamster wheel from Wheelie Like You to add the loop on the roller coaster!

The Let’s Toast Pull Tab Add-On makes the large coaster cars emerge from the tunnel at the end of the ride! And you’ll never guess what Mimi used for the “tunnel”. Check out Let’s Roll! She turned the sushi roll on its side, so clever!

Thanks so much for sharing this clever and creative inspiration, Mimi!

A Special “Lots of Love” Delivery with Caly!

It’s Caly with you today.  Thanks so much for joining me for an interactive Special Delivery card!  Challenge 93 gives you the opportunity to create a Valentine’s Day card or a card for someone you love!  I have so much fun creating interactive cards and hope my card today inspires you!

I stamped and colored my images from Special Delivery and Special Delivery Box Add-On for today’s card using Copic markers.
Reds:  R32, R37, R39
Blush:  R20
Blues:  B32, B34, B37
Yellows:  Y11, Y35
Browns:  E0000, E30, E31, E34, E35

My interactive panel is stenciled in Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink using the Cloudy Stencil. Then I used the Outside In Stitched Rectangles to die-cut the cloud panel for my Waving Pull-Tab Starter Set mechanism for the owl’s wings.

I also used patterned paper from the Hello Sunshine Remix Petite Paper Pack and die-cut a stitched border using the largest die from the Outside In Stitched Rectangles.

I had so much fun creating the interactive portion of this card and creating my scene of this busy owl delivering his mail and package!  I hope you enjoyed it!

The Lots of Love challenge runs through January 31st at 11:59pm PT and we hope you’ll participate!  Thanks so much for stopping by today! ~Caly
