Samantha’s Whimsical “Good Vibes Only” Card

Samantha‘s Dies Only inspiration is so fun and whimsical! She cut all but the Henry’s ABCs letters using white cardstock, then she used Distress inks to give them bright, happy color!


She created a colorful rainbow using the Rainbow Lawn Cuts set. Then she gave the rainbow cute personality with a smiley face from I Scream You Scream and arms and legs with Mr. Sun!


For the background, she used Stitched Ripple Backdrop with Stitched Cloud Frames layered on top. And finally, she added the greeting with Henry’s ABCs.

Distress Ink colors:

Sky: Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon, Peacock Feathers, Salvaged Patina

Clouds: Lost Shadow
Rainbow: Festive Berries, Picked Raspberry, Abandoned Coral, Dried Marigold, Spiced Pumpkin, Mustard Seed, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon

Karin sends lots of love with this sweet watercolor treat! Her design features an I Scream, You Scream ice cream cone on a stitched heart, layered on a Lacy Heart!

The endearing greeting is made using Cole’s ABCs. And she stamped a Wavy Saying sentiment on a Fancy Wavy Banner!

Samantha is back with another super cute and creative card to inspire you! These adorable leaves are going through some Autumn changes that are pretty awesome! Remember this is the second week of three for the Awesome Autumn challenge.


Sam used our Stitched Leaves dies for this adorable line up! She inked the leaves with Distress Oxide ink in rainbow hues then she added smiles from I Scream, You Scream, backing the leaves with Black Licorice cardstock. She also cut out arms and legs from Mr. Sun to finish the happy little leaf people!


She used Henry’s ABCs to create the greeting! Try to not hum the song in your head!


And then she created the background on a large slimline panel, stenciling Birch Trees with Distress Ink in Lost Shadow and Iced Spruce before assembling this whimsical design!
