We are so happy to have Isha Gupta joining us for this challenge as our Guest Designer! Her beautifully creative designs will definitely inspire you!

Isha‘s clever Magic Iris Camera is a rainbow dream! She combined Hello Sunshine Remix 6×6 papers and added lots of whimsy with Unicorn Picnic, All the Clouds and Starry Backdrops! I love the glittery mane and tail of the unicorn!

Now, let’s see how our Design Team was inspired by our new What’s the Weather? theme!

Karin created a super cool snowy backdrop for the ice-skating bears from Beary Happy Holidays! She spelled out “snow” using Quinn’s ABCs coordinating dies!

From snow to sunshine! Samantha used warm sunny colors to celebrate a summer day at the beach! She combined Elphie Selfie, On the Beach, Critter Concert and Spring Showers to create this cute scene! I love the elephant standing in the puddle from Dad+Me! The perfect sentiment can be found in Hello Sunshine!

Jessica‘s gorgeous Double Slider Surprise design features a beautiful custom sentiment! She used Finley’s ABCs to cut the letters from gold glitter cardstock and gold embossed the rest using Milo’s ABCs. She used Cloudy Stencil to ink up the background.

Her design goes from cloudy to a beautiful rainbow after the rain by combining Spring Showers and Rainbow die sets.

Caly‘s card features a pastel Rainbow on a Puffy Cloud Backdrop! She added the sun from Out of this World, a sentiment from All the Clouds and some Simple Puffy Clouds with a dusting of Chunky Glitter! So pretty!

Franci used the cloudy pattern paper from Hello Sunshine Remix as the backdrop for her sweet Unicorn Picnic scene! The pastel colored unicorns are enjoying yummy treats on their own magical cloud!

Christy‘s clever and creative design features our cute Snow Much Fun and Den Sweet Den baby bears! She inked an awesome background before adding the sentiment using Finley’s ABCs and a Stitched Snowflake!

Joyce‘s sunny design is sure brighten someone’s day! She kept this adorable design simple using just one stamp set, All the Clouds! I love how she stamped the background clouds in Mermaid ink on Mermaid cardstock!

Samantha created a whimsical All the Clouds design! She filled the card with some cute mice (Dandy Day, You’re Just My Type and Really High Five), the sun from Out of this World and sweet smiley umbrellas are from Plus One! Her beautiful inking provides a wonderful backdrop for the white embossed sentiment!

Jenn used a cool watercolor technique to create a “stormy sky” background! Her encouraging sentiment is spelled out using Smitty’s ABCs and Finley’s ABCs! I love that beautiful rainbow of color!

We will share Design Team inspiration for you over the next 2 weeks and we’ll announce our Featured Fawnatics and random winner for Challenge 93 Lots of Love tomorrow!

Awesome Lots of Love Inspiration with Silvia!

Our lovely and talented Guest Designer, Silvia is back to share another amazing card to inspire you for our Lots of Love challenge! She loves baking goodies for her loved ones so that was her inspiration for this baking themed card.

To create the background, Silvia started with white woodgrain cardstock and did some colorful ink smooshing! Next she added texture by die cutting a Valentine Border to use as a stencil with Distress Grit-Paste, creating a sweet heart border!

She stamped and colored images from Baked with Love, Special Delivery, Love Letters and Jump for Joy to create the happy scene! And then she die cut the greeting from Finley’s ABCs out of Tropical Shimmer cardstock!

To add even more fun to this amazing design, Silvia created three yummy Stitched Cupcakes with colorful sprinkles! I love how this beautiful card combines so much fun and happiness!

Thank you so much, Silvia for sharing your gorgeous Lots of Love cards with us! We are so happy you joined us as our Guest Designer for this challenge! Big hugs!

Jessica’s Purr-fect Wedding Card!

This is the final weekend for the Outstanding Occasions challenge! We will have a brand new challenge for you on Monday, but for now we have the most awesome inspiration for you by team member, Jessica! Her bright and bold design is a perfectly unique wedding card!

Good morning!  Jess here with a card for our current Outstanding Occasions challenge!  I realized recently that my wedding and anniversary card stash was getting low so I figured I’d use the challenge to build up my stash again!

I love puns and thought it would be fun to build a card around ‘meow and furever’ for a cat-loving friend!  To start I blended picked raspberry and festive berries distress oxide ink onto a panel of Strathmore Bristol smooth cardstock.  I let it dry and then die-cut my sentiment from Finley’s ABCs and the Hearts die set.  I arranged my letters to get a two tone effect from the ink colors and then die-cut the hearts from just one color.  I adhered them to a white card base and used Milo’s ABCs and A Bug Deal to complete the sentiment.

Next I stamped the images from Meow You Doin’ and Bicycle Built for You with Copic friendly Jet Black ink.  I colored them with Copic markers and then die-cut them with the coordinating dies.  I used toner grays for the cats and then RV and cool greys for the rest of the images to keep the palette simple.  The RV shades matched my distress inked hearts nicely!  I added the cats and accessories to my card and finished it with a few white gel pen accents!

And that’s it!  You have one more weekend to get crafty and I can’t wait to see what you’ll create!  Thanks so much for stopping by and have a fantastic weekend! –Jess
