To get you inspired, our Design Team has some awesome projects to share filled with all things Summer!
Karin‘s On the Beach design is every beach-lovers dream! This cute fox is enjoying the sound of the surf while the sun sets on a beautiful day in a tropical paradise! She also used Sunrise Backdrop and Tropical Backdrop!
Jessica‘s clever Magic Iris Camera Add-On design has pretty stenciled waves in the background along with the Mermaid for You sentiment to give a hint to what’s in store with this double interactive card!
Who doesn’t love a refreshing popsicle or ice cream cone on a hot summer day? Joyce used the Large Slimline with Sliders set to make a long card filled with yummy I Scream, You Scream treats! The sentiment is found in On the Beach!
Samantha used cute critters from Butterfly Kisses and Really High Five to depict a fun day at the beach! She used the Sunray Backdrop along with Stitched Simple Wavy Borders cute from Shimmer Cardstock to set the scene then she filled it images from Crazy Antics and On the Beach!
Gardening is a fun summer activity and these cute gnomes are reaping the benefit of their efforts in the watermelon patch! Christy‘s brilliant scene starts with a Meadow Backdrop: Landscape and combines lots of sets including Oh Gnome, she used the speech bubble to make the watermelons, along with Crazy Antics and Happy Harvest.
Samantha used our Stitched Pond die set to create a swimming pool, what could be more summer than that! The little bunny from Really High Five looks like he’s doing a cannonball into the water to the delight of his Upon a Star bunny friends! The greeting is a combination of Oliver’s Stitched ABCs and Harold’s ABCs.
Caly was inspired by the I Scream, You Scream set to make a sweet slimline card! I love the pretty watercolor background she made with Distress Inks to coordinate with the cool colors of the frosty pops! The Oliver’s Stitched ABCs greeting is a standout in black.
Jenn created an inky free-form background for this combination of Ocean Shell-fie and Mermaid for You! This is the perfect summery card for someone who is known to be part mermaid! The Chunky Glitter is a gorgeous detail on the ocean floor!
