Samantha’s Cute “Snail Mail” Scene

We hope you enjoy today’s inspiration and join us for the Create a Scene challenge! We can’t wait to see your creativity! This challenge will be open until Sunday, May 1 at 11:59PM ET.

Samantha‘s brilliant design shows that a fabulous scene doesn’t have to fill the card!

Samantha masked off a section at the top of the card to do some ink blending and define the scene. She used Distress Oxide ink in Picked Raspberry, Abandoned Coral and Tattered Rose add some inky splatters as well.

She colored the grass and snails from Gleeful Gardens and the cute little clouds from Smooth Sailing with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers before fussy cutting and arranging them on the card.

Samantha white embossing the cute sentiment from Gleeful Gardens on Black Licorice cardstock. Then she fussy cut it out before popping it up on foam squares along with another cute little snail!

Thanks so much Samantha, this card is so sweet!

  1. Fantastic card. Love everything. Especially I love the really excellent fussy cutting you did, Samantha! And I love that pink background with the green of the foliage. Super card!! TFS!
