A Mountain Scene by Nancy

Hi Fawnatics friends, it’s Nancy here today! I love the mountains, and my favorite place is Hume Lake in Kings Canyon National Park, California! I have great memories of summer camping trips with my family and friends! I made a scene with a fun twist for the My Favorite Place challenge!

I stamped the cute camping trailer and trees from Happy Trails along with Stitched Mountain Borders to create this mountain scene! The greeting is from the coordinating die set for Winter Big Scripty Words cut using Sugar Plum cardstock.

I used a page from an old map book to stamp the trailers and trees. Each trailer was stamped on one of the National Parks I love visiting Sequoia, Kings Canyon and Yosemite!

The Favorite Place challenge continues through Sunday, August 19! There’s plenty of time to get in on the fun! We hope you will join us!
Thanks so much for visiting today!

  1. Nice job Nancy. The trailers look so authentic! LOL An adorable scene. Keep those inspirations coming. I’ve missed seeing you. 🙂

  2. Wow….Never would have thought to stamp on an old map page….makes perfect sense especially in a card using Happy Trails.. I usually use that stamp set when I send a happy trails card to people going away…thanks for the new (I must try) idea. I am excited for the new upcoming release….especially the additions to the Reveal Wheel.
