We have a super talented Guest Designer joining us for this challenge. We are so happy to welcome Silvia Galloni to the blog and we know her awesome designs will inspire you!

Silvia packed lots of love and a whole lot of fun into this brilliant card! She started with a Lift the Flap Tree Backdrop, giving it pretty birch tree coloring. Then she filled in the scene using Special Delivery, Special Delivery Box Add-On and Let’s Go Nuts!

For the greeting, Silvia combined a sentiment from Special Delivery with Finley’s ABCs spelling out the theme!

Silvia’s designs always have such sweet details like the white pen dots and the extra texture on the trees!

Now let’s see how our Design Team was inspired by the Lots of Love theme!

Samantha‘s beautiful design combines Oh Gnome with Frosty Fairy Friends and Gleeful Gardens to create a magical scene! She used Stitched Meadow Backdrop to anchor the scene and included Hugs and Kisses Line Border as the sweet greeting.

Christy created a simply sweet Valentine! Images from Special Delivery pop against her beautifully inked background. Just Stitching Hearts add pretty detail to support the theme!

Caly‘s Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up features the Sweet Friends set! These yummy treats are just what you need for a sweet Valentine’s Day!

Franci used Special Delivery with the Waving Pull-Tab Starter Set to make a an adorable interactive Valentine!

Joyce‘s Lots of Love card features Stud Puffin and Smooth Sailing! Her clever design uses the Slide on Over Maze to arrange the cute images!

Karin used the Scalloped Slimline with Hearts: Portrait die set to make a fun shorter slimline card! She combined pink patterned papers from Hello Sunshine Remix and Let it Shine and added the cute Special Delivery birds!

Samantha‘s beautiful card starts with the awesome stenciled cloudy sky background! The warm tones and splatters are so pretty! She added some clouds and the Special Delivery owls to send a happy greeting!

Jessica reached back to use our fun Let’s Toast and Let’s Toast Pull-Tab Add-On to create this adorably punny card! She filled in the interactive scene with images from So Smooth and Pumpkin Spice! Too cute!

Jenn rounds out the inspiration for the Lots of Love challenge with an adorable slimline Valentine! The Special Delivery owl makes one last appearance to send lots of love! How cool are those glittery hearts!

Jessica’s Purr-fect Wedding Card!

This is the final weekend for the Outstanding Occasions challenge! We will have a brand new challenge for you on Monday, but for now we have the most awesome inspiration for you by team member, Jessica! Her bright and bold design is a perfectly unique wedding card!

Good morning!  Jess here with a card for our current Outstanding Occasions challenge!  I realized recently that my wedding and anniversary card stash was getting low so I figured I’d use the challenge to build up my stash again!

I love puns and thought it would be fun to build a card around ‘meow and furever’ for a cat-loving friend!  To start I blended picked raspberry and festive berries distress oxide ink onto a panel of Strathmore Bristol smooth cardstock.  I let it dry and then die-cut my sentiment from Finley’s ABCs and the Hearts die set.  I arranged my letters to get a two tone effect from the ink colors and then die-cut the hearts from just one color.  I adhered them to a white card base and used Milo’s ABCs and A Bug Deal to complete the sentiment.

Next I stamped the images from Meow You Doin’ and Bicycle Built for You with Copic friendly Jet Black ink.  I colored them with Copic markers and then die-cut them with the coordinating dies.  I used toner grays for the cats and then RV and cool greys for the rest of the images to keep the palette simple.  The RV shades matched my distress inked hearts nicely!  I added the cats and accessories to my card and finished it with a few white gel pen accents!

And that’s it!  You have one more weekend to get crafty and I can’t wait to see what you’ll create!  Thanks so much for stopping by and have a fantastic weekend! –Jess

Franci’s Clever Camera New Baby Card

We hope you are having fun with the Outstanding Occasions challenge and that you are filling up your stash of celebration cards! This challenge will be open until Sunday, January 17th at 11:59PM ET.

Franci created totally adorable new baby inspiration for you today! She combined Magic Iris Camera Add-On with Magic Iris Camera Pull-Tab Add-On to make a sweet interactive card!

Franci’s camera design includes sweet details like the napping baby bear and perfectly pink heart! She used a mix of patterned paper and kraft cardstock on her pretty camera!

The camera pull-tab set includes the cute photo frame that emerges as you pull the tab! It works with the Let’s Toast Pull-Tab Add-On die set. Franci used the sentiment from Rub-A-Dub-Dub to send a happy greeting!

The picture that develops is of the Den Sweet Den mama bear and baby bear! Franci’s sweet details like the rosy cheeks of the bears makes this a very special design!

Thank you for sharing your adorable inspiration with us, Franci!
