Samantha’s Happy Little Undersea Holiday Critters!

Happy Friday, Samantha here with a fun card inspired by the current Happy Little Holiday Critters challenge! Christmas is celebrated all around the world, who knew it was celebrated under the sea too!

I created a fun under the sea themed Christmas scene. I paired the Christmas Fishes stamp set with the You are Sublime stamp set. The different stamps from these sets work so well together!

Franci’s Festive Fa La La Otter!

Franci joins us today to share a festive Christmas card featuring a favorite happy little holiday critter, Winter Otter!

Franci’s simple design has so many fun features! I love how she arranged the Winter Otter sentiment with Fa La La from Winter Big Scripty Words! She brought in festive holiday color by stamping with Jalapeño ink and adding a couple bright red hearts!

The Winter Otter is sporting a cute Santa hat from the Baaah Humbug stamp set. I love the cute rosy cheeks on the otter! To finish this beautiful card, Franci added a strip of gold glitter cardstock and another strip of Snow Day Remix music note paper.

We are so happy to share this amazing card by our super talented Guest Designer, Jane! She used a whole bunch of happy little critters on this fabulous holiday card! Our Happy Little Holiday Critters challenge will be open until Sunday, December 15th at 11:59PM ET

Jane created that amazing backdrop using the “ink smooshing” technique with Distress ink on watercolor paper! She splattered white paint to look like snow falling then she added Stitched Hillside Borders cut from Pearlescent Vellum to make the snowdrifts! I love how the Foursquare Backdrop: Landscape provides a frame for each critter “family’s” holiday photo!

Check out the supply list below to see all the stamp sets that Jane combined to gather all these cute critters together and give them festive Santa hats! The greeting is from Offset Sayings: Christmas, stamped with Jet Black ink and colored with Copic markers in colors to coordinate with the backdrop! So beautiful!
