Joyce created this stunning card using rich saturated colors from the color board. I love how she mixed new and old Lawn Cuts die sets with Fishtail Banner Borders and Stitched Cupcake!

The sweet little sentiment is from Tiny Tag Sayings and it’s so cute white embossed on an inked speech bubble. This bright and cheery card came together with Stripes ‘n Sprinkles patterned paper and white Woodgrain cardstock!

Thanks so much for sharing this gorgeous card, Joyce!

A Bubbly Card and Gift Box with Karin!

Karin joins us today to share some fun inspiration for our Create a Scene challenge! She made an adorable card with a Milk Carton gift box!

For this adorable bubble bath scene, Karin paired Rub-A-Dub-Dub with Mermaid For You! She created a pretty “tiled” wall with Quilted Backdrop and added a sweet Tiny Tag with a greeting from Tiny Tag Sayings!

Karin added the cute scene to her Milk Carton gift box!

To make the Milk Carton tall enough to fit the pretty bubble bath gifts, Karin did some partial die cutting! She ran the die through the machine halfway then repositioned the die to make each die cut longer and finished the die cutting.

Thank you for sharing with us today, Karin! I’m sure your clever gift idea will inspire our friends!

The Create a Scene challenge will be open until Sunday September 15 at 11:59PM ET. We can’t wait to see your creative scene-building projects!

Christy’s Beautiful Merry Wishes Card!

Challenge 19 will be open until Sunday December 31 at 11:59 PM ET. We can’t wait to see how you will use your favorite Lawn Fawn sets!

Christy joins us today to share a gorgeous card and a story about her sweet inspiration!

Hey friends! It’s Christy here with another Christmas card using one of my most favorite Lawn Fawn Holiday sets: Cheery Christmas! For today’s card, I wanted to color the little reindeer to resemble a sweet albino deer named Olive that lives in the woods on my street. They say it’s lucky if you catch a glimpse of her — so far my hubby and all three of my sons have seen her, but I haven’t yet. I’ve seen plenty of pictures that neighbors have shared though, and I can’t wait see her for myself.

Even though Olive is a doe, I took a little artistic liberty and made her a stag for my card, because I wanted to hang those cute little ornaments in the antlers. I also gave her a squirrel friend and a little scarf from Baaah Humbug so she can be nice and cozy! I colored my images with Copic markers and then die cut my focal panel using the Large Cross Stitched Square Stackables and a Stitched Hillside Border for the snow.

The rest of my patterned papers were die cut using the Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables, the Stitched Scalloped Borders, and even a little selective die-cutting with the Stitched Party Banners to get that nice stitched detail on the flag end.

To finish up the card, I added a sentiment from Tiny Tag Sayings and a few shine marks on the ornaments with a white gel pen and some Nuvo Drops as a final embellishment.

I have a video tutorial on my YouTube channel, Christy Gets Crafty, if you’d like to see how the whole card came together.

You still have a more than a week left to enter our Use Your Favorite Lawn Fawn Stamp Set Challenge! I do hope you’ll play along. I always love to see what you all create!

Wishing you all the most joyous of holiday seasons!
