Design Team Inspiration

Samantha knows we love a punny sentiment and this one from Year Thirteen is so much fun! Samantha also used images from Let’s Roll and Really High Five. All the happy images look great with the brick background stenciled with Distress Oxide Inks in Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon and Cracked Pistachio.

What could be more festive for a birthday than sparkly, hot-foiled fireworks! Catherine built a fun party scene on a Platform Pop-Up with the Platform Pop-Up Cloud Wrap Around. She die-cut the clouds from Rainbow Ever After paper and another from vellum to create a pretty layered look. And she also used Cake Slice Box to make the sprinkle covered birthday cake. Then she added more cuteness with a mouse from Dandy Day and the ladder from Apple-solutely Awesome. The sentiment combines Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Spring with a greeting from Elphie Selfie.

Karin‘s beautifully simple design features our new Lovely Lily of the Valley Lawn Cuts sets. She arranged the flowers on a Scalloped Slimline with Hearts: Portrait base, then she added a Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Spring greeting on an Everyday Sentiment Banner.

These cute porcupines are celebrating in style in Christy‘s lovely birthday scene! She set a fancy table with goodies from Tea-rrific Day and Tea-rrific Day Add-On for this sweet birthday party!

These farm critters are ready to someone a very happy birthday! Joyce created her cute farm-inspired card with Simply Celebrate More Critters, All the Party Hats, All the Speech Bubbles and Little Farm Fence Border. For the background she used Fruit Salad paper and Apricot cardstock.

Franci‘s Veggie Happy card is perfect for all of your friends and family who love to garden! She arranged her images on a simple watercolor background and added a birthday greeting from Party Animal!

Mimi‘s interactive pull-tab card is the perfect way to say, “happy birthday to roo”! She used both Kanga-rrific and Kanga-rrific Add-On, with All the Party Hats and balloons from Bicycle Built for You. I love how she hid the little joey and balloons inside the Holiday Helpers box. They pop-up with the help of Let’s Toast Pull-Tab Add-On.

The whole Hay There herd is sending happy birthday wishes on Samantha‘s whimsical card! She also used Hay There, Hayrides and Birthday Before ‘n Afters to complete her “on the farm” scene! She used Just Stitching Double Rectangles on her background panel, adding color with Distress Oxide inks in Abandoned Coral, Scattered Straw and Wilted Violet. Then she added “clouds” from Meadow Backdrop: Portrait.

Design Team Inspiration

Christy‘s Spring-y thank you card features Magic Iris Beehive Add-On and Magic Messages! She added a pretty stenciled cloudy background and lots of sweet Hive Five bees!

Spring is the time to do some planting in the garden! Catherine created a cute scene with mice from Berry Special, Just Add Glitter and Apple-solutely Awesome. The bright yellow sun is from Spring Showers.

Then Catherine combined Garden Before ‘n Afters with an altered Let’s Toast Pull-Tab Add-On to watch the garden grow!

Karin used Beary Rainy Day to show us some April showers! She arranged the bears in raincoats on a Sunrise Backdrop!

Franci reminds us that Easter is right around the corner! Her sweet and colorful card combines Springtime Bunny with Eggcellent Easter Basket!

There’s lots of cuteness in bloom on Joyce‘s adorable card! She combined Garden Before ‘n Afters with a mouse and bee from Berry Special. Then she created her greeting with Henry’s ABCs.

The chicks and bunnies are happy it’s almost Spring! Samantha used images from Easter Party and Happy Easter to create this super happy scene! Then she filled the sky with a rainbow from All the Clouds.

Mimi also used Easter Party to create a fun card to welcome Spring! Of course, she altered the flower girl image to create new characters! Her greeting is from Magic Spring Messages!

Samantha created an Easter card that is so sweet and clever! All the fun pastel colors look great with Window Scene: Spring. And I love the Wood You Be Mine beaver wearing the bunny ears! She also included a basket of colored eggs from Easter Before ‘n Afters!

Design Team Inspiration

Catherine‘s creative interactive card features Reveal Wheel and a fun gumball machine! To create the gumball machine, she started with Build-A-Snow Globe. She doubled up the snow globe base, cutting a heart shape in the middle. She borrowed the lid from Stitched Tea Pot for the top along with a rectangle shape from Spooky Gate and Circle Stackables as the knob.

Then she filled the gumball machine with hearts using How You Bean? Conversation Heart Add-On and Conversation Heart Stencils. She stenciled with Falling Hearts in the background before adding cute mice from Apple-solutely Awesome, Berry Special and You Autumn Know.

As a fun little detail, Catherine created the coin with a circle from Bubbles of Joy and the five from Plan on It: Calendar.

Samantha also featured cute mice on her charming Slide on Over design! She used Dandy Day with What’s Sewing On paper and Simple Puffy Cloud Frames.

Then she added one of the mice as the interactive piece to move up and down! So adorable!

Franci created a Magic Picture Changer with Wolf Before ‘n Afters! As the tab is pulled the picture changes to the howling wolf to go with the punny sentiment!

Joyce made a cute pull-tab card that combines Let’s Toast and A Waffle Lot! The waffle pops up with the help of the Let’s Toast Pull-Tab Add-On!

Christy‘s Heart Pouch designs are perfect to fill with candies for Valentine’s Day! They are decorated with Scent with Love and Scent with Love Add-On images. She also used Heart Pouch Dotted Hearts Add-On. The pretty stitched and scalloped heart detail is found in the Heart Pouch set as is the XOXO tag.

Samantha combined Unicorn Picnic with Reveal Wheel to make a truly magical interactive card! She also used A Little Sparkle, All the Clouds and Reveal Wheel Sentiments. And she used Reveal Wheel Square Add-On for her square shaped card along with the Reveal Wheel Arc Frame Add-On as the shape of the window.

Karin‘s sweet design says “sorry” in such cute and whimsical way! She used the new Porcu-pine for You set with the Magic Picture Changer to show the critters having a change of heart!

Mimi‘s clever design features Porcu-pine for You and Leafy Tree Backdrop: Landscape with the Let’s Toast Pull-Tab Add-On for her interactive element.

When the tab is pulled, you see what the porcupine was looking at in the tree stump as the little snail pops out! I love how she used the So Mush Love washi tape to add colorful mushrooms to her scene. First, she adhered the washi to white cardstock, then she fussy cut the mushrooms to make the borders.
