Cute Coffee Gift Card by our Guest Designer Kathy!

Challenge 18 – Emboss Resist is open until Sunday December 17 at 11:59 PM PT

We are happy to feature this cute coffee themed gift card design by our Guest Designer Kathy!

Kathy combined lots of fun products to create this adorable card! The travel coffee cup is found in Love You a Latte! The white heat-embossed greeting looks like the steam coming from the hot coffee! She layered a Stitched Rectangle Stackable with an Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Stackable die cut from Perfectly Plaid Christmas paper!

Lift the Flap and Simple Gift Card Slots create a fun way to give the gift of coffee!
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful creativity with us, Kathy!

There is plenty of time to play with our Emboss Resist Technique Challenge 18. Have fun, try something new!

Happy Crafting!

Christy’s Beary & Bright Gift Card Holder

Challenge 15  is open until Sunday, November 5 at 11:59 PM ET

Happy Friday Fawnatics Friends! Just in time for your weekend crafting, Christy is with us today to share her gorgeous Beary Happy Holidays gift card!

Hey crafty friends, it’s Christy here with a fun way to give everyone’s favorite holiday gift: the gift card! I started out by stamping out my images from Beary Happy Holidays and coloring them with Copic markers. Then I took another piece of white cardstock die cut with the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables to give it a nice edge and created a snowy one-layer background using a stencil and some distress inks. I gave it a good couple spritzes with a pearlized spray and set it aside to dry.

Once it was, stamped my sentiment across the bottom in Lobster ink, and die cut it with the largest Lift the Flap Lawn Cuts. Then I arranged all my images on top. I added some Perfectly Plaid Winter patterned paper over a card base made of Moonstone cardstock and carefully glued just the outside edges of the focal panel to the card base, so the flap can be lifted easily.

Last, I added a gift card inside the flap using two mini glue dots to hold it in place. Voila! To see how this whole card came together, you can visit my blog Christy Gets Crafty and watch the video at my YouTube channel!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! You still have a little more than a week to enter our Clever Gift Packaging Challenge. I can’t wait to see what you create!

Thank you so much for inspiring us with your gorgeous card design, Christy!

We’re so happy you stopped by today! May your weekend be filled with crafty adventures!
