Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 142 – Interactive Cards

Happy Monday! It’s time for a fun new challenge! We are looking for cards and projects that are interactive! If it moves, shakes, opens, pops-up, swishes, lights up or reveals something hidden it’s perfect for this challenge!

We invite you to share your creativity by linking up your crafty projects at the end of this post! Your project should feature Lawn Fawn stamps, dies, stencils and papers. This challenge will run for 2 weeks and be open until Sunday, February 19 at 11:59PM ET.

For each challenge, we will randomly select an entry to receive a $50.00 gift certificate to the Lawn Fawn shop! Everyone who enters a challenge has a chance to be the random drawing winner! Woohoo!

We will also be highlighting a few of your fabulous projects at the close of each challenge! By linking your projects to our challenges, you will give permission for us to post your work to this blog and our social media sites. Check out the How to Play page for a few guidelines to play along. We want this to be FUN, so we’ll keep the rules to just a few!

Design Team Inspiration

Samantha created a sparkly shaker card filled with lots of unicorns! She used Puffy Star Stackables to make the shaker windows in the Sparkle Backdrop! Then she filled in the card with cute unicorns from Unicorn Picnic and A Little Sparkle.

Christy used the Peekaboo Pop-Up interactive die set to make the cutest Beary Rainy Day card!

When you pull open the card, more of the scene is revealed and the cute little frog pops onto the umbrella! So adorable!

Catherine‘s Valentine box is a brilliant countdown calendar! She used the Gift Box die set and Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame for the base of the box. Be sure to check out Catherine’s blog for all the details to recreate this design.

She covered the box with Happy Hearts washi tape. Then she decorated the flaps with Candy Hearts and Oliver’s Stitched 123s.

Joyce‘s Toucan Do It scene is so much fun! Using the Let’s Toast Pull-Tab Add-On she hid a second toucan behind the foliage!

Karin made a beautiful shaker window design! She combined Window Frame with Window Scene: Winter to make the shaker element. Then she added a Christmas Dreams cat and the lamp from Den Sweet Den. The greeting is from Snowball Fight!

Mimi created an interactive garage door with Let’s Toast Pull-Tab Add-On. As you pull the tab, the garage door opens, and the car pulls into the garage! So clever!

Mimi used several die sets including Build-A-House, Pumpkin House and Build-A-Barn. The images are from Car Critters, Happy Village, You’re Just My Type, You Autumn Know, Love Poems and Merry Mice.

Samantha made an adorable pull tab card with our cute sushi set, Let’s Roll! When the tab is pulled, the chopsticks raise a yummy bite!

Franci created a charming shaker card using Loads of Fun and a Circle Stackable! She filled the washing machine with sequins to look like soap bubbles!

Jenn‘s Butterfly Kisses scene is Springtime fun! She gave it a pretty watercolor backdrop, and then when you open the card….

…a beautiful butterfly pops-up! She used Pop-Up Butterfly and Layered Butterflies on a stenciled cloud background. Scripty Smiles provides the sweet greeting!

We will share more Design Team inspiration for you over the next 2 WEEKS and we’ll announce our Featured Fawnatics and random winner for Challenge 141 – Lots of Heart tomorrow! We can’t wait to see your heart-filled projects!
