Catherine used the Lots of Hearts Stencils in pretty shades of pink as a background for her brilliant “Etch A Sketch” themed card!

To make the Etch A Sketch frame, Catherine trimmed white cardstock to 3″ x 3 3/4″, then used a corner rounder tool on the corners. She inked the panel with Festive Berries and Lumberjack Red Distress Oxide ink. Then she cut the window opening with the square die in the Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up set. She made the dials with circle dies from Let’s Bokeh and Circle Stackables.

Next Catherine cut the Magic Picture Changer panels and stamped the greeting from Magic Heart Messages on the smaller one.

She assembled the Magic Picture Changer then added it to the stenciled background with cute bears from Den Sweet Den and Snow Much Fun! And then she hot foiled “love ya” to finish her love themed card!

Thank you so much for this super fun inspiration, Catherine! Your cute Etch A Sketch brought back fond memories of this unique toy!

Hey friends, it’s Christy here with another card for our Holiday Critters Challenge! For this one I wanted to create an interactive card using the Little Snow Globe: Bear. I combined it with images from Little Snow Globe: Dog, Snow Much Fun, Den Sweet Den, and Christmas Dreams.

I stamped them all out with Jet Black Ink, colored them with Copic markers, and trimmed them out with the matching dies. I also cut out the reveal wheel and used the Reveal Wheel Templates: Little Snow Globe: Bear to line up my tiny snow globe scenes perfectly.

For the background, I started with a piece of Bristol Cardstock die cut that with the main part of the Reveal Wheel and used the Reveal Wheel Little Snow Globe: Bear Add-on for the window. Then I blended on Distress Oxide Inks, including Salty Ocean, Uncharted Mariner, Chipped Sapphire, and Black Soot. I splattered on some water, Liquid Stardust, and white paint, and set that panel aside to dry.

In the meantime, I trimmed down two snow drifts with the Stitched Hillside Borders and stamped a Scribbled Sentiments: Winter on the bottom of the shorter one in Lobster Ink. Then I adhered my two snow drifts with liquid glue and attached the bigger bear image to frame the opening.

I assembled the wheel, adhered that with foam dots to a background of plain white cardstock, then added lots more foam squares around that and lined up the focal panel over top. I made sure the mechanism was moving freely, then adhered that to a Barn Red card base. I added the rest of the images with liquid glue and finished with some snowflakes from Winter Wonderland Window and a bit of Stardust Stickles.

Mimi pieced together a lovely aqua quilt using Honeycomb Backdrop! We hope this creative design will inspire your weekend crafting!

Mimi shopped her stash of 6×6 papers for shades of aqua to create a beautiful, quilted background. The Honeycomb Backdrop features stitched hexagons that look just like quilt pieces.

Next, she assembled an adorable quilting bear by combining the Sewn with Love sewing machine, a “quilt” from Crazy Antics and the bear from Snow Much Fun! Such a brilliant idea!

Then she used Sewn with Love to add a sweet message!

Thank you so much for sharing your creativity with us today, Mimi! I love the quilt theme!
