It’s a magical day with Samantha Mann!
The current challenge is all about rainbows, so… enter Sam!! Ha! I love this card! I used the rainbow theme literally, obviously! But I kept the actual colors warm and bright! I wanted to use the rainbows, but in a twist! Love how it came out! I stamped the images from All the Clouds and My Rainbow. I colored them in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then added some details with a white gel pen. I also splattered the cloud images with white acrylic ink! Once it was all dry, I used the coordinating dies to die cut them out.
For the background, I used Distress Oxide Inks in Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry, Saltwater Taffy, and Dried Marigold. The blend is gorgeous!!!! I wanted to echo the colors from the rainbows that I colored, and I LOVE how the background came out. The sentiment was created by heat embossing the phrases from Unicorn Picnic in white onto Black Licorice Cardstock. Once it was cooled, I fussy cut it out and then popped it up with foam tape.
I also finished off the card with a sprinkling of sequin stars! It adds the perfect amount of whimsy!
