This one goes out to all our nature lovers! Introducing our first-ever Let’s Go Wild Challenge! We’re creating cards and projects that feature wildlife in their natural habitat. Think forests, dens, jungles, rivers, oceans, and more! If a critter lives there, you can recreate it.

We invite you to share your creativity by linking up your own creations at the end of this post! Your project should feature Lawn Fawn stamps, dies, stencils, and papers. This challenge will run for 2 weeks and be open until Sunday, August 2nd, at 11:59 pm ET.
For each challenge, we will randomly select an entry to receive a $50.00 gift certificate to the Lawn Fawn shop! Everyone who enters has a chance to be the random winner! Yay!
We will also be highlighting a few of your fabulous projects at the close of each challenge! By linking your projects below, you give us permission to post your work to this blog and our social media sites. Check out the How to Play page for a few guidelines. We want this to be FUN, so we’ll keep the rules to just a few!
Design Team Inspiration

Is anything cuter than this smiling quokka from Quokka My World? Mayra combined him with images from Toucan Do It and the Kanga-rrific Add-on. Her bright, bold Henry’s ABCs sentiment perfectly ties in the challenge theme.

Karin‘s I Heart Pandas card is so lovely with the pandas and bamboo stalks nestled inside Tropical Leaves. The Stitched Scalloped Oval Stackables focal panel frames them nicely against the texture of the Quilted Heart Backdrop: Portrait.

Franci‘s Shadow Box Card features the sweetly colored Highland Cows! She purposely chose not to add a sentiment so that she can customize it later to any occasion she needs.

Samantha Casey went monochrome with her Critters in the Desert card. The golden sunset hues fit in so well with her scene set inside the Desert Canyon Backdrop and sentiment from A Bug Deal.

Look how bright and happy Samantha Mann‘s card is! Her Toadally Awesome frogs are living their best life at the Stitched Pond. All the Grasses help fill in her sweet scene.

Quokka My World is making another appearance on Joyce‘s card. She gave him a few friends from Kanga-rriffic and the Kanga-rriffic Add-on, plus some scene-setting stones from Wild Wolves.

Mimi is taking us to the Scottish Highlands with the darling Highland Cows! They’re grazing on a Grassy Pasture Backdrop: Portrait inside a Spooky Forest Backdrop. But don’t worry! The Little Farm Fence Border will keep them from wandering off and getting lost.

There’s a whole habitat on Christy‘s card! The Riverside Backdrop: Portrait is home to a host of animals from Silly Goose!, Wood You Be Mine?, and Beary Rainy Day. If you’d like to see how this card came together, you can check out the video tutorial HERE on her YouTube channel, Christy Gets Crafty.
We will have more Design Team inspiration for the Let’s Go Wild! over the next 2 weeks! Be sure to come back on Wednesday when we’ll announce our Featured Fawnatics and random winner for Challenge 224 – Christmas in July!
