Lawn Fawnatics 224 – Christmas in July

It’s hard to believe that 2026 is half over and the holidays will be here before we know it! Let’s celebrate the fact that we made it to the midpoint with our Christmas in July Challenge! We’ll get a head start on those Christmas cards and projects that we never seem to have enough time for later in the year.

We invite you to share your creativity by linking up your own creations at the end of this post! Your project should feature Lawn Fawn stamps, dies, stencils, and papers. This challenge will run for 2 weeks and be open until Sunday, July 19th, at 11:59 pm ET.

For each challenge, we will randomly select an entry to receive a $50.00 gift certificate to the Lawn Fawn shop! Everyone who enters has a chance to be the random winner! Yay!

We will also be highlighting a few of your fabulous projects at the close of each challenge! By linking your projects below, you give us permission to post your work to this blog and our social media sites. Check out the How to Play page for a few guidelines. We want this to be FUN, so we’ll keep the rules to just a few!

Design Team Inspiration

It’s a holiday in the highlands on Samantha Mann‘s card! She paired the brand-new Highland Cows! with All the Grasses and dressed them for the weather using accessories from Cozy Cats. She even added flurries with the Snowflakes Stencil and White Stencil Paste.

Mayra is celebrating under the sea with the Tiny Gift Box Whale and Dolphin Add-on. He’s swimming in seaweed from the Platform Pop-Up Wave Wrap Around and Stitched Seashells. She added festive flair using the Build-A-Critter Christmas Accessories and a custom sentiment with Henry’s ABCs.

Samantha Casey‘s Frosty Fairy Friends waved their magic wands and transformed the Riverside Backdrop: Landscape into a Winter wonderland. She added a forest of trees from Yeti or Not.

Franci‘s Tiny Gift Boxes could hold all kinds of little treasures inside! She dressed them up with the Tiny Gift Box Owl and Penguin Add-on and given them a Black Hemp Twine hanger.

Karin made a focal point of the Stitched Happy Heart Geo Frame Add-on. She die-cut it from patterned paper and inked up the edges. It sits nestled against a Snowflake Background Stencils and is a perfect place to add her Scripty Merry Bundle sentiment.

The Simply Celebrate Winter Critters are wishing you a Merry Christmas on Joyce‘s cute card. They look so festive lined up at the table from Simply Celebrate Hangouts with sentiments from Simply Celebrate Santa.

Mimi transformed the Make Lemonade! stand into one that sells snow cones! Doesn’t that sound delicious any time of year? The yetis from Yeti or Not sure think so! Extra scoops from Snowball Fight really bring this scene to life.

It’s an East Coast Christmas on Christy‘s collage-style card. She combined images from Christmas Fishes, Beachy Christmas, Smooth Sailing, and Life is Good on a background of Distress Inks and white acrylic paint. Check out the video tutorial HERE on her YouTube channel, Christy Gets Crafty.

We will have more Design Team inspiration for the Christmas in July Challenge over the next 2 weeksBe sure to come back on Wednesday when we’ll announce our Featured Fawnatics and random winner for Challenge 223 – Summer Splash!
