Design Team Inspiration

Samantha Mann‘s card is inspired by the movie Zootopia! It pulls together so many sets, including Car Critters, Scootin’ By, Happy Village, and Village Heroes. Her amazing comic-book style background really brings the Peekaboo Backdrop panels to life!

Mimi‘s inspiration is the TV show Stranger Things! Her card combines images from Screen Time, Window Scene: Winter, Simply Celebrate Hangouts, and more! She stamped the iconic alphabet wall with Smitty’s ABCs.

Franci‘s fabulous Spider-Man card uses the Spiderweb Background Stencils along with the Build-A-House Halloween Add-on. I love her clever use of Christmas Stocking die-cuts to form the eyes!

The Best Mouse Cookie book is the inspiration for Samantha Casey‘s cute card. She made it using A Creature Was Stirring, Apple-solutely Awesome, Just Add Glitter, and Sprinkled with Joy.

Karin‘s serene scene depicts the song “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas.” Her beautiful coloring brings the Snow Globe Scenes to life, tucked inside layers of Stitched Scalloped Circle Frames.

Here’s one for all of the Swifties! Joyce has created a Stitched Bookmark inspired by Taylor Swift’s song “Karma.” She decorated it with Bicycle Built for You and die-cut letters from Henry’s ABCs.

Mayra‘s got the most stunning, interactive card, inspired by the book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar. She used Flippin’ Awesome and decorated each little mini scene like pages.

Her card features images from A Bug Deal, Sweet Strawberry, and Berry Special, among many others! The top half features Giant Outlined Love. Each little page is so sweet, so be sure to check out the rest of them on her Instagram!

Christy‘s card takes inspiration from two books: If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and Happy Valentine’s Day Mouse, both from the same series. Images from Berry Special and Milk and Cookies are featured on a Doily Hearts focal panel. She also added several layers of Lawn Fawn patterned paper! Check out the video tutorial for her card HERE on her YouTube channel, Christy Gets Crafty.
