Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 125 – Dies Only

Hello Friends! Let’s all browse through our stash of Lawn Fawn die sets and create some fantastic projects! This new challenge theme is Dies Only, and we are sure it will bring out your amazing creativity! Feel free to add a stamped sentiment but all other elements should be die cuts.

We invite you to share your creativity by linking up your crafty projects at the end of this post! Your project should feature Lawn Fawn stamps, dies and papers. This challenge will run for 3 weeks and be open until Sunday, June 5th at 11:59PM ET.

For each challenge, we will randomly select an entry to receive a $50.00 gift certificate to the Lawn Fawn shop! Everyone who enters a challenge has a chance to be the random drawing winner! Woohoo!

We will also be highlighting a few of your fabulous projects at the close of each challenge! By linking your projects to our challenges, you will give permission for us to post your work to this blog and our social media sites. Check out the How to Play page for a few guidelines to play along. We want this to be FUN, so we’ll keep the rules to just a few!

Now let’s get inspired by our amazing design team!

Christy‘s gorgeous card combines dies from Magic Iris Birdhouse Add-On, Spring Showers and Scripty Hello! She included extra birds from Shadow Box Card Park Add-On. So beautiful!

Joyce‘s Strawberry Patch design looks so beautiful in muted tones. She cut the strawberries and leaves from Watercolor Wishes paper and arranged them on a Spiffy Speckles panel. The greeting is spelled out in Henry’s ABCs.

Perfect for Spring gift-giving, Franci‘s Scalloped Treat Box is so adorable! She decorated it simply with Springtime Bunny dies and a little border of grass!

Samantha created a tropical hello using Happy Hibiscus and Scripty Hello! She added some Tropical Leaves die cuts to fill the arrangement. The background is another die, Itsy Bitsy Polka Dot Backdrop. For all that amazing tropical color she used Distress Oxide inks blended on the die cut flowers and leaves.

Catherine added a Spring Flowers Backdrop to her adorable Magic Iris Birdhouse Add-On design. And the cute Happy Hatchling looks so sweet tucked inside the birdhouse! Just a simple white embossed sentiment is the perfect finish for a sweet design!

Mimi got so creative and made a Fancy Box filled with chocolate covered strawberries! I love how she created the “chocolate” using an I Scream You Scream die! For the background she used Woodgrain cardstock and Simple Stripes: Landscape. Scripty Love provides the die cut greeting!

It’s never too early start making gorgeous holiday cards! Karin‘s lovely design features Stitched Poinsettia, Scripty Joy and Forest Border. She created the oval window using the coordinating die from Giant Birthday Messages! So clever!

Samantha‘s graduation card features the Rainbow die and Puffy Cloud Borders along with the greeting on a Fancy Wavy Banner! She gave the rainbow a smiley face using a die from Plant-A-Succulent. She fudged a little by adding the cap from Smart Cookie to carry out her theme.

Jenn added color to her Strawberry Patch die cuts with an inky watercolor technique. She arranged the strawberries in the Fruit Basket then she combined Oliver’s Stitched ABCs and Cole’s ABCs for the “berry sweet” sentiment! I love how she added glaze and glitter to the letters!

We will share more Design Team inspiration for you over the next 3 weeks and we’ll announce our Featured Fawnatics and random winner for Challenge 124 – Inspiration Board – Cards for Guys tomorrow! Now it’s time for you to get creative!

  1. All of these are spectacular / excellent / awesome / marvelous! I especially like Samantha M’s grad card, Catherine’s birdhouse and Karin’s Xmas card. I tried to leave a note on Catherine’s blog but no matter how many times I try to sign in on her site, I can’t. Lawn Fawn: please could you forward my note to her? Her work is always top-notch and I really like it!!
