Lawn Fawnatics 223 – Summer Splash

The sun is shining, and the beach is calling! It’s time for our Summer Splash Challenge! We’re creating cards and projects with all the Summer vibes — think sand, surf, picnics, road trips — whatever Summer means to you!

We invite you to share your creativity by linking up your own creations at the end of this post! Your project should feature Lawn Fawn stamps, dies, stencils, and papers. This challenge will run for 3 weeks and be open until Sunday, July 5th, at 11:59 pm ET.

For each challenge, we will randomly select an entry to receive a $50.00 gift certificate to the Lawn Fawn shop! Everyone who enters has a chance to be the random winner! Yay!

We will also be highlighting a few of your fabulous projects at the close of each challenge! By linking your projects below, you give us permission to post your work to this blog and our social media sites. Check out the How to Play page for a few guidelines. We want this to be FUN, so we’ll keep the rules to just a few!

Design Team Inspiration

Mimi‘s transformed the Treat Cart into a fresh coconut stand! With details from Beachy Christmas and Life is Good, it looks right at home with the Stitched Mountain Border across the water in the distance.

Even unicorns enjoy a Pool Party on a hot day! Samantha Mann combined Unicorn Picnic with On the Beach. The Peekaboo Backdrop transforms into cool water with the Stitched Ripple Background and some lovely ink blending!

Mayra‘s Tote Bag is ready for the beach! The Flamingo Floatie is tucked inside with lots of accessories from the Woodland Critter Huggers Summer Add-on, Scalloped Treat Box Beach House Add-on, and leaves and flowers from the Tropical Leaves Backdrop.

Karin‘s card is floating away, carrying images from Smooth Sailing and a sweet corner sentiment from Love Poems. Her selective die-cutting turned the Postage Rectangle Stackables into a square.

Summer showers set the scene for Franci‘s cute card! The Silly Goose, Rain or Shine! seem delighted by the rainy weather and puddles to splash in.

Samantha Casey‘s card is just the ticket — taking us to the amusement park! Her Coaster Critters have extra details from Treat Cart to fill the booths.

Joyce‘s Pool Party is in full swing inside the Stitched Pond Frame. She surrounded it with the Cobblestone Stencil to give her party-goers a place to walk and lay out!

Christy’s card takes us under the sea with You are Sublime with extra details from Mermaid for You and Fintastic Friends. Her blacktip reef sharks come from Duh-nuh and Duh-nuh Flip-flop.
